1. About FOZIA Jewelry & Fashion

We are an online fashion and jewelry store providing premium jewelry and fashion products across Pakistan as well as to our international clients.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Website

By using FOZIA, you confirm that:

• You will not use our items for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

• Products are exclusively sold via our online channel.
• Prices and items are subject to change without prior notice.
• Actual colors might vary slightly due to individual screen settings.

4. Order Processing

Orders enter production/packing queues right after confirmation. Standard internal fulfillment takes 1–2 business days.

*We reserve the right to cancel requests due to suspected fraud, input errors, lack of inventory, or policy violations.

5. Shipping & Delivery Times

Note: All International orders require Advance Payment. Delays caused by customs, peak seasonal holidays, or logistics limitations are beyond our immediate control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Completing an order implies alignment with our standard return procedures:

• Eligible for returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must remain unused and in original product packaging.
• Damaged-on-arrival claims must be flagged to us within 24–48 hours.

7. Data Integrity & Services

You agree to provide complete delivery information (Name, accurate Address, Phone number). We are not responsible for delivery drops due to typos.

We use third-party platforms (Google, Meta, logistics carriers, secure financial payment processors) which operate under their respective digital privacy rules.

8. Intellectual Property & Brand Misuse

All media resources, custom graphic assets, brand typography, layout text, and jewelry designs belong securely to FOZIA Jewelry & Fashion. Malicious usage, scraping data, code injections, or harassment directed at our service team will result in permanent customer access blocks.

9. Liability Cap & Terms Amendments

FOZIA is exempt from liabilities arising out of shipping carrier delays, user errors during checkouts, or item alteration over long-term customer misuse. We reserve the right to deploy updates to this policy. Continued access implies your explicit agreement.
